Antibodies

List Labs offers antibodies and antisera against many List products, including botulinum neurotoxins, anthrax proteins, C. difficile proteins, cholera toxin B subunit, Exotoxin A, and shiga toxins. Antibodies and antisera are offered as companion products used for detection and capturing of List products in a wide range of assays such as Western Blots, ELISAs, and HPLC detection assays. Sandwich ELISAs are also possible with the pairing of two antibodies, such as Anti-Botulinum Neurotoxin Type A (Mouse), monoclonal F1-40 (Product #731) and Anti-Botulinum Neurotoxin Type A (Chicken) (Product #730) to detect lower concentrations of Botulinum Neurotoxin Type A (Product #130). Biotinylated antibodies are also available for use in sandwich ELISAs in order to detect the antigen with a peroxidase conjugated NeutravidinTM and a fluorogenic substrate. Botulinum Neurotoxin Antibodies
