U.S. Orders
Most orders are shipped the following business day after they are received. However, for urgent orders (excluding those requiring dry ice), we can accommodate overnight shipping if the order is placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Time. For assistance or inquiries, please contact our customer service team at orders@listlabs.com.
Liquid items are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Frozen items are shipped during the second and last week of the month.
Every new customer must complete a New Customer Application to set up an account. You will receive confirmation of your account, typically in 1-3 days. The application must be completed before placing your first order. You may order at the same time for convenience, but the order will be held until the New Customer Application is approved. This is a one-time process and will not affect the timing of future orders.
VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards are accepted. Wire transfer or ACH is available. Please contact us for banking details. Payment terms will be extended to approved accounts.
List Labs ships via Federal Express. Some exceptions may apply. There are three types of service, listed in order of most expensive to least expensive:
Priority Overnight: Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most locations
Standard Overnight: Next afternoon delivery to most locations
Economy Service: Two day delivery, in the afternoon of the second day
*Cold products are shipped Monday-Wednesday, overnight by Priority or Standard Overnight. A special packaging fee applies. See below.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns.
A few items ship as Dangerous Goods. These items include Botulinum Toxins (not toxoids) and Staphylococcal Toxins. A $50.00 fee is added to these shipments.
Items shipping on blue ice or dry ice has a $35.00 fee that is added to each shipment.
We now offer volume discounts beginning with a purchase of $7,500.00. Listed below is the discount schedule. Discounts do not apply to 3rd party orders or Shipping and Handling Fees.

List Labs has discontinued it’s registration in the Select Agent and Toxin Program managed by the CDC. For products such as Botulinum neurotoxins and Enterotoxin type B from S. aureus, please contact us to discuss the possibility of custom manufacturing Select Agent restricted products.
