    Mice used included C57BL/6J (Charles River, #027), Tlr4 KO (Jackson Laboratory, #029015), Tlr4 floxed (Jackson Laboratory, #024872), iDTR and Mcpt5-Cre + (provided by Axel Roers, University of Technology, Dresden, Germany). All mice were used between 6 and 10 weeks.
