Induction of EAE:

For induction of PLPinduced EAE, female SJL/J (8-12 weeks) mice were immunized subcutaneously with 200µg of PLP₁₃₉₁₅₁ peptide dissolved in PBS and emulsified with an equivalent volume of CFA containing 2.5 mg/ml of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Chondrex) under the skin at the nape of the neck and the right and left flank on day 0. Measurement of anti-Diphtheria IgG by Luminex
