2.2. Immunization and clinical scoring

Active immunization of 10-week-old mice was performed following standard protocols for each strain (Cruz-Orengo et al., 2011, 2014) (Fig. 1). Briefly, EAE was induced by subcutaneous injection of myelin emulsion containing Complete Freund’s Adjuvant (CFA).
