2.2. Induction of active experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE)

EAE was induced according to previously described methods [44]. Preparation of pertussis toxin (PTx) solution

Dilute one vial of PTx toxin derived from Bordetella pertussis lyophilized powder (50 μg) in 50 mL of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) to obtain a 1 μg/mL PTx solution. After dissolution, this solution can be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for at least 6 months.
