Nunc MaxiSorp 96-well plates were coated overnight with 0.2 g/ml pertussis toxin (PT), 2 g/ml pertactin (PRN), or 0.2 g/ml fimbriae 2/3 (FIM) in 100 mM carbonate buffer, pH 9.6.
