Induction of EAE:

For induction of EAE, mice were immunized subcutaneously on Day 0 with 300 mg/mouse MOG 3555 peptide (MEVGWYRSPFSRVVHLYRNGK)…and injected intravenously on Days 0 and 2 with 200 ng/mouse of pertussis toxin (List Biological Laboratories).
