EAE Induction

Female C57BL/6J mice at 6-8 weeks old were purchased from Experimental Animal Center of Air Force Military Medical University. EAE was induced with 200 ug MOG35-55 peptide (NJPeptide, China) emulsified in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant (Sigma – Aldrich, USA) added with 5 mg/mL Mycobacterium Tuberculosis H37RA (Difco, USA).
