EAE Induction:

Mice (8-12 wk of age) were immunized subcutaneously with 100 µg MOG p35-55 (2 mg/mL in 1x PBS) in an emulsion (volume ratio 1:1) with CFA (2 mg/mL heat-killed Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra; Difco Laboratories) as described previously (225). MOG p35-55 was synthesized by the Stanford Pan Facility (Stanford, CA).
