Peanut sensitization, ButM treatment and challenge

SPF C3H/HeN mice were treated with 0.45 mg of vancomycin in 0.1 ml volume by intragastric gavage for 7 d pre-weaning and then with 200 mg l−1 vancomycin in the drinking water throughout the remainder of the sensitization protocol.
